What's your superpower?

Software engineering requires some amount of technical ability and skill. (Obviously). But you're doing yourself a disservice to focus on technical skill exclusively. If you're coming to software from another industry, the things that made you good at your previous job are probably going to be the things that make you excel as a software developer.

As an example, before I was a software developer, I made my living as a theatrical lighting designer. I have ten years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams turning ideas into reality in an empty room, often with few resources. The skills I honed during that period directly accelerated my career as an engineer, often ahead of people who have more technical skill or credentials than I do.

So what are your superpowers? The things that you do better than most other people? How do those translate to valuable output as a developer and especially as part of a team?
